These terms govern your use of CertCase. By creating an account and using the platform you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
What CertCase is
CertCase is software that organises workforce-readiness information: requirements, evidence, competence, experience, availability and deployment details. It shows results such as Ready, At risk, Not ready, Not assessed or Review required, and explains why.
Decisions stay with you
- Organisations remain responsible for their deployment, employment, safety and compliance decisions, and for actions taken using CertCase.
- A readiness result is decision support. It does not guarantee that a person is legally entitled to work, competent, or fit for a particular task.
- Country and deployment information covers supported countries only and may show Review required; it needs human review and is not legal advice.
- Verification status reflects who reviewed a record inside CertCase. Storing a document is not verification.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your records up to date. Technicians are responsible for the information and documents they submit.
- Only upload documents you have the authority to share.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Use data you can access only for legitimate business purposes.
Opportunities
Opportunities may include vacancies collected from employers' public sources. These listings can change, close or become unavailable, and the employer's own advert is the authority. Showing an external vacancy does not mean the employer is a CertCase customer or partner, or endorses CertCase. Applications for external vacancies take place with the employer.
Data ownership
Technicians own their profile and certification data. CertCase is the platform that stores it and enables the sharing that is authorised.
Acceptable use
Misuse of the platform — including sharing or reusing data outside an authorised business need — may result in suspension of access.
Changes
When these terms change, the version number changes and you will be asked to accept the new version.
