CertCase is a certification and readiness platform for the wind industry. Wind turbine technicians use it free to keep their GWO and other tickets in date and find wind jobs. Wind employers, OEMs, ISPs and contractors use it to see who is ready to deploy, onshore and offshore. Training providers use it to reach people who need training. The answers below cover the questions we are asked most.

For technicians

Is CertCase free? Yes, CertCase is free for technicians.

What can I store? Your GWO BST and BTT certificates, medicals, electrical authorisations and other wind tickets, each with its expiry date, plus your experience and availability.

Do I have to type everything in? No. Upload a photo or PDF and CertCase reads the details for you to check. You can also import your CV to fill in your work history; you approve every suggestion before it is saved. CV reading is limited to 5 reads per month.

Will I be reminded before something expires? Yes. CertCase reminds you in the app 90, 30 and 7 days before a certificate expires, and on the day.

Who can see my profile? Only the organisations you share it with. You can share by link or QR code and stop sharing at any time. Expired certificates stay visible to those you share with; they cannot be hidden.

Can I find jobs? Yes. CertCase shows a feed of wind-industry jobs, onshore and offshore, that you can check against your own tickets.

For organisations

What does CertCase show us? Each technician you work with, checked against role standards and your project requirements, as ready, awaiting verification or not ready, with the exact missing or expiring items.

Can it handle offshore projects? Yes. Offshore items such as Sea Survival and an offshore medical apply when the project is offshore.

Can we use our client's training matrix? Yes. Import it and CertCase suggests matching certificates; uncertain matches are confirmed by a person before they count.

What about subcontractors? Contractor oversight lets main contractors see the subcontractor workforce on their projects. "Workforce by company" groups readiness by supplier.

Can we limit access for some users? Yes. Summary-only users see readiness but cannot open or download certificate files.

Is CertCase open to anyone? We're currently onboarding organisations through guided demos and pilots. Book a demo at tp@certcase.com to get started.

For training providers

How does CertCase help training providers? You can list GWO and wind-sector courses, receive training requests from employers and technicians, send offers and manage bookings.

Can course results go to technicians? Yes. If a technician books a course through CertCase, the training provider can record their attendance, and the course result is added to the technician's CertCase profile to be checked by CertCase before it counts.

What does it cost? CertCase charges a small handling fee on bookings made through the platform. Contact tp@certcase.com to discuss partnership terms.
