Client Rules of Engagement

As a client user, you may be granted access to technician profiles, certifications and supporting evidence. This access is provided on the following basis:

• You will access technician data only for workforce readiness, compliance, mobilisation, audit and project delivery.
• You will not download, share or reuse documents outside an authorised business need.
• You will respect technician access grants and treat all data as confidential.
• You understand that misuse may result in suspension of your access.

Access to a technician's data is granted by the technician (or on their behalf) and can be revoked at any time. Your access activity may be recorded in audit logs.
